Monthly Deposit Scheme (MDS)
Monthly Deposit Scheme is equivalent to Chitty.

Society, from time to time, commences MDS of different denominations for a total amount varying from Rs.60,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-with a monthly instalment of Rs.3,000/- to Rs.10,000/-.

Now, the biggest attaraction is that everyone can participate in the auction thru' WHATTSAPP by sitting at their own places by spending hardly 10 minutes time.  This method attracted wide popularity amongst the bidders.

The auctions are being conducted on 10th, 15th, 16th & 27th of every month, and if that day happens to be a holiday, next working day will be the day for auction.

Monthly participation in the auction can be made thru -
(a) Whattsapp 
(b) Appearing in Person
(c) Submit Proxy Form in the Printed Format
(d) Submit Proxy Form thru' Society's e-mail - giecs.ekm@gmail.com

If nobody turns out for the auction thru' the above methods, LOT will be taken to determine the winner and the amount will be disbursed in next month. 
In case of any urgent need arises, members are free to get the amount then and there for which Society will levy a deduction of 1% from the net amount.
